Michael Hart heads the Intellectual Property Department in Baker & McKenzie LLP's London office.  He advises on intellectual property issues especially with respect to commercial dealings. He is highly experienced in the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of IP agreements, including IP assignments and licenses on multibillion-pound deals. He has also conducted major IP litigation for various companies, including those in the automotive, technology and consumer electronics sectors.
