Georgeta Harapcea heads the firm’s Competition Practice Group, where she assists and represents clients in connection with various competition matters - competition investigations, obtaining competition clearance, providing competition training, verifying compliance of the business conduct with competition rules, providing assistance with state aid matters. Mrs. Harapcea is also a member of the firm's M&A Practice Group, where she advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions aspects, such as structuring transactions, preparing and negotiating transaction documents. Mrs. Harapcea graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2004. In 2006 she earned an LL.M in International and European Business Law from Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University, and in 2009 an LLM in EC Competition Law, from King's College at the University of London. She joined Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen in 2004 and is a member of Bucharest Bar.
